Stop Ringing Ears

I think i have developed tinnitus ever since i smoked spice.. the spice brand i smoked was brand genie 3g i smoked the drug 9 weeks ago once and have been worried ever since that I will have developed chronic tinnitus from smoking spice once its ridiculous and was the biggest mistake of my life.

This buzzing noise can come at any time without warning, any time of the day i can be watching tv or being in a quiet room. It does not happen every day but it usually happens up to 4x wk. and then it may dissapear for a week or two then it comes back.

Have there been any studies in this area?

it is also known as the high pitched ringing noises in your ears. it has been annoying me for months and i can’t get rid of it. Can i even get rid of it?
