		<description>It could increase without any reason known to you, but there may be something going on inside your ears/head.  A cold may cause it to get loud if there is added pressure in your ears.  I would think that it would go away after a period of time, though it may increase if there was a lot of damage.  There is a special medicine for tinnitus that is supposed to help with the ringing.  Have you check that out?  I can only imagine you annoying it must be!</description>
