In the USA, there’s no specific prohibition on tinnitus. As long as you can meet the standards for hearing (the ability to hear normal conversation in a quiet environment from about 2 metres away), you can still become a commercial pilot.
The FAA is mainly concerned about anything that might incapacitate you or interfere with your flying. As long as tinnitus doesn’t get in the way of your flying (by preventing you from hearing alarms or ATC, for example), it’s not an issue. And tinnitus is not normally incapacitating, so that’s not a problem, either.

You’ll find out when you get your first medical check. You can’t do your flight training without a medical, so I’d guess that you’re not far away from an answer.

I doubt there is a pilot anywhere that doesn’t have tinnitus. I have since Vietnam.
