That would depend upon the cause. In most cases there is no connection. If tinnitus is caused by hearing damage, there is no treatment of which I know. If caused by brain damage, very rare, then there might be treatment related to working with the brain.
Vertigo might be caused by damage to the part of you ear that helps with balance. That is permanent. If caused by brain damage instead, who knows. People who have been near large explosive blasts sometimes have both. People who have been subjected to extreme psychological stress might have one or another. The psychologically induced symptoms may not be permanent. Usually those go away with time, but they can be permanent. Blindness is more common from stress, but anything can happen.
In short, I know of no real treatment. Talk with your doctor. Personally, I am learning to live with hearing loss and tinnitus. It’s not fun. I also wear hearing protection to try to keep what hearing I still have. The irony is that tests show my bad hearing to be normal.

There are many treatments that are effective for tinnitus resulting from a particular cause, but none are effective in every case. Conversely, tinnitus may resolve without any treatment. Effective treatments include:
