I kind of have this high pitched screetching noise in my left ear. I suspect it’s Tinnitus, and I was wondering if it will go away. It just started happening again today for maybe a few hours… I’ve noticed the screeching noises previously but they all seemed to go away after a short amount of time. However, this one seems a bit stronger + has lasted longer. Will it be gone by tomorrow?

If it’s tinnitus it will probably get worse. I’ve had tinnitus for 30 years and while the pitch and volume vary, it never goes away entirely. There is no cure and many "treatments" are a waste of time and money.There are support groups for sufferers, but that’s about it.
